Do you have the manual for my vehicle?

The easiest way to find your manual is to enter the brand, model and year of manufacture in the search bar. Then you can immediately see whether the booklet is available.

What is the delivery time of my order?

Orders are printed within 1-2 business days. When the booklet has been printed, we hand it over to PostNL or another carrier and the order is shipped. At that moment you will receive a Track&Trace number from us.

How do I know if you received my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us within a few minutes. Did you not receive this? It may be in your spam.

I already ordered, but I forgot something. What can I do?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and paid for, we can no longer change it. We recommend you to place a new order with the forgotten products.

What are the available payment methods?

You can pay for your order via the most common payment method such as iDeal, Paypal, credit card and bank transfer.

My bank transfer has been refunded. Why is this happening?

We have outsourced the processing of bank transfers to our payment partner Mollie. That is why we ask you to make your payment to the Mollie Payments Foundation.

To speed up the processing of your payment, you will receive a payment reference from Mollie; RF..-....-....-.... You must use this reference when making your payment to Mollie.

If you do not state this reference or if you use a different description with your payment, for example the invoice number, the payment will be refunded to you. As soon as your payment has been received and processed, we will always confirm this by e-mail.

How long does it take to process my payment?

In principle, all payments are processed immediately, with one exception. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, it will take 3-4 business days for us to process your payment.

How safe is payment via Autoboekjes.nl

Your payment details are sent to our payment providers via secure connections (SSL, the well-known padlock).

We also do not store sensitive data such as credit card numbers and CVC numbers on our servers. This sensitive information is forwarded directly to our payment partner. Our payment partner complies with the strictest international security certifications regarding the processing of credit card payments (PCI DSS).

Also, our employees will never ask you by email, telephone or any other channel for sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, PIN codes, CVC codes or passwords.

What are the shipping costs on Carmanuals?

All prices mentioned on our website include VAT and include shipping costs within the Netherlands.

The shipping costs for other countries are automatically displayed during checkout.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

How can I track my order?

When you have completed an order you will receive several status updates from us. For example, you will receive an order confirmation from us and you will also receive shipping confirmations from us.

If possible, you will also receive a Track&Trace number from PostNL or another carrier.

I want to cancel my order

As soon as your order has been paid for, our printing facility will get to work quickly to get the ordered products to you as quickly as possible. It is therefore not always possible to cancel your order. For example, because it is already in the production process.


Please contact our customer service by email and indicate that you want to cancel your order. Our customer service team will see if this is still possible for you.

I want to return my order

That is not a problem at all. You can return your order within 14 days if the products are in the same condition as you received them.

Make sure that the product you are returning is in new condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of products with signs of use, such as oil stains, fingerprints and other signs of use.

Do you want to return something. Please contact us via the contact form below. Do not forget to mention your order number.

When will my money be refunded?

After we have received the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount, including the shipping costs paid by you, to your bank account or credit card within 3 working days.

We cannot return the amount to another account or via a different payment method than the one used.

Why do I have to transfer my payment to Mollie?

As we know a lot about car manuals, we know Mollie everything from online payments. That is why Mollie handles all payment for us, even if you want to pay for your order by bank transfer.

As soon as Mollie receives your payment, they will inform us immediately, so that we can send your order as soon as possible after receipt of your payment.
